Hello friends,
Happy March, which still means cold, wintery weather in the Boston area! I hope you and your loved ones are safe, warm, and healthy, and finding ways to respond with resilience in these chaotic times.
Speaking of which, the Resilience class at First Parish Church of Acton and Stow just concluded. It was a beautiful, rich, and mutually supportive experience for all involved. Right now, I am reflecting and gathering feedback. I hope to offer similar classes in the future, so stay tuned.
For ongoing students of the Alexander Technique, I run a weekly class on Wednesdays at 10 am in West Acton. Anyone with prior experience is free to join us. We start a new series on March 11. Please email me if you are interested.
I have a few new offerings this spring to share. The weekend of March 21-22, I will be offering a series of AT workshops at the Suzuki Festival at Concord Academy. As a former Suzuki student myself, I am beyond excited for this opportunity. If you know any Suzuki families, please pass on the registration information.
