Hannah is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, as well as thoughtful in her approach to teaching. She guides each lesson with a gentle direction that allows space for whatever is coming up that day, and as a result I always leave feeling more grounded and at ease in my body’s movements. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone who is considering beginning or continuing their work with the Alexander Technique!
