Fall 2026 Classes

Little Rock Pond, VT

Hello friends,

Happy Fall! The summer whizzed by, and here we are sending the children back to school and harvesting our garden bounty.

I have three classes starting the week of Sept. 14th: Intro to AT for Seniors (FREE, in Watertown), a Parent/Caregiver Monthly Support Group in Acton, and the return of the Friday morning Mindful Movement class at the Acton Rec Center. Please see below for the descriptions and registration information. And feel free to share with friends and loved ones.

I took a bit of a hiatus from teaching this summer to complete an international certification process through Alexander Technique International (ATI). I am thrilled to officially join my fellow colleagues as a Teaching Member. Part of the process involved writing a thesis-length document about F.M. Alexander, his story, the major concepts of the technique, and my ideas about teaching. I will be sharing bits and pieces of that document in future newsletters, and on my website.

ATI runs an AT Awareness Week, which is Sept. 22 – 26, 2026. Enjoy free classes on a range of topics (AT and Japanese Tea Ceremony, Find Your Voice in Turbulent Times, Research on AT and Mindfulness, and more) in multiple languages and time zones!

Enjoy the cooler weather, and I look forward to connecting with you this season.

Take care,

Hannah
